Política de reembolso

 

If you don't love your item(s) you may return it for a refund or store credit. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $7 is charged for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition without signs of wear or damage, with all original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@shopblacksugar.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damage items during shipping. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We're currently not offering exchanges.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once processed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
